Full service clients have access to different support options than DIY clients. DIY clients can purchase additional support for personalized email or phone instruction, at a rate of $10 per 15 minute block of time. Support is provided through a member login. You can access support and help four ways: 1. Manuals and instructional pages. Available for all of our clients, through login. 2. Support Forums. The support forums are available for finding answers at all hours, and for asking questions that you need an answer to. We PROMISE all questions will be answered (just remember, we do sleep sometimes!). Available to all of our clients, through login. 3. Email. We encourage you to use the forums for most questions, especially if they apply to more than just you - it helps more people that way, and it also helps us keep our costs low. But if you have a personal question, we'll answer your emails and help you out. Available to full service clients only - DIY clients cannot ask for "how to" help via email. 4. Phone. Again, we encourage you to use the forums first, but if you need to have someone talk to you, we'll answer the phone, or at least return your call. Remember, phone calls take more time and resources, so use the forums first if you want us to keep your costs low.
